Q :Why the price isnot the price you advertised on website?
Because our machines need to customize per your requirement,the second reason is that the machine has many different size
&different quality ,but our machine are high quality :as all our customers are from abroad,they need a better quality ,easy to
operate(for the design)and the function must be very steady.
Q :Can you provide oversea service? We will dispatch engineer to install the machine if you need, buyer should afford the cost in
buyer's country and round-trip air tickets. The compensation for engineer is 80 USD/DAY.

2. Lifetime free service, we will replace the damaged accessory (except easy damaged parts) within the expiry date, but customer should bear the courier fee.
3. 24-hour online service.
4. If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above)
Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine
(The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day.
also you can go to our factory to do training.
1.Packaging: International standard export package;
2.Shipping: 45 days after receiving your deposit.
3.Payment: 40% by T/T as deposit, the balanced is paid off before factory
